Hello lovely readers! It’s officially RoE month! We are finally able to reveal to you our finalists who have shared their incredible stories with us. Prepare to hear stories of staff members noticing when a patient isn’t themselves, stepping into leadership roles through turbulent times, making crucial referrals and implementing new technologies to improve the lives of their colleagues and patients.
I was pleased when our judges said this was an incredibly hard year of judging. It demonstrates the excellence being provided by community pharmacy staff on a daily basis. Through times of uncertainty, funding issues, cuts and closures, the fundamental care continuously provided by community pharmacy support staff remains inspirational to us all.
